We are located in Salons by JC in suite 16! Ole Glory was built on a simple belief: every man deserves to feel like his best self. Founded by Emily and Ricky Wise — a licensed barber, cosmetologist, and barber educator, and her husband and apprentice — Ole Glory is a husband-and-wife shop rooted in craft, precision, and genuine care. Every service is approached with intention. Every client leaves feeling sharp, relaxed, and taken care of. This isn't just a barbershop. It's an experience worth coming back for.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or instances of no-shows or being 15 minutes or later will incur a charge of 100% of the total service cost. This policy is in place to respect our barbers' time and to ensure that all clients have access to available appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Emily Wise
I’m a licensed barber, cosmetologist, and barber educator with over 8 years of experience behind the chair. Hair is more than my career... it’s a craft I’ve dedicated myself to mastering. I specialize in precision cutting and tailored, one-on-one experiences. Every appointment is approached with intention, focusing on detail, structure, and creating a look that not only fits your style but grows out seamlessly. I’m especially known for clean bald fades, textured mullets, and timeless, old-school cuts. But no matter the style, my goal is always the same: refined, high-quality results that last. Beyond the chair, I’m passionate about creativity in all forms. Whether that’s experimenting in the kitchen or spending time outdoors hiking and camping with my husband. Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV
Ricky Wise
Based in Nashville and originally from Franklin, TN, I’m a dedicated barbering student focused on mastering precision, detail, and consistency at the highest level. Outside of the shop, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and playing guitar—both of which shape the creativity and focus I bring into my work. I’m committed to delivering clean, personalized cuts while continuously refining my craft.
